Here at Regency Real Estate Group & Property Management, we believe the management company should relieve you, the investor, of the tedious, legal and time consuming duties associated with investment property ownership.

In brief, we offer the following services as standard procedures on all properties managed by our company:

  1. Find qualified tenants and verify their backgrounds.
  2. Initiate lease agreements, property inspection forms, verify tenant applications, and all other necessary documentation.
  3. Collect monthly rental payments, from which we will:
    • pay repair services.
    • pay utility bills.
    • deposit investment return into Owner’s bank account.
    • disburse the returns directly to you the owner.
  4. In relation to the properties themselves, we:
    • make periodic inspections of the premises.
    • assure prompt and reliable maintenance with honest and experienced technians.
    • initiate rent increases to comply with the market.
  5. Evictions and legal actions can be overseen for an additional fee.

For the complete package of all services listed above we require only 10% of the collected rents.
